Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your GNAYS plushie. If something’s not right, here’s how
we handle returns and refunds.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email us at info@gnays.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo of the item (especially if damaged or defective)

We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return address.

RETURN SHIPPING

For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For other returns
(change of mind, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We
recommend using a trackable shipping service.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7
business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it
may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll send a replacement at no
extra cost. Email info@gnays.com with photos and your order number.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email us within 7 days of
the expected delivery date with photos and tracking info. We’ll work with the
carrier to resolve the issue and either refund or replace your order.
