Shipping Policy

Here’s what to expect when you order from GNAYS.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Because each plushie
is handmade in small batches, occasional delays may occur during high-demand
periods. We’ll email you as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • Canada

If you’d like us to ship to another country, email info@gnays.com.

SHIPPING TIMES

United States:

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days

Canada:

  • Standard shipping: 7-14 business days

International shipping times may vary due to customs.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order
size. We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $50.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You
can track your package on the carrier’s website.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes
imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, email us at
info@gnays.com with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier
and help resolve the issue.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible
for orders shipped to the wrong address if the error was made during checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you
to arrange reshipping (you may be responsible for additional shipping costs).
